This really got to me... I mean, this is maybe one of those rare reads that could actually leave me feeling bitter and sad.

I didn't want any of the characters to die, but it seemed that either one of them definitely had to die and so Kyou gave up his life to protect theirs.

Although, that hadn't affected me as much as Chihiro regretting his death that intensely: Rewinding the time, every single time, just so that she can save him. But that just breaks her apart even more each time she witnesses his death all over again, and trying - without succeeding - to save him.
