I think the translation on mangaowl is better than the one on mangago in terms of grammar and proofreading.
The translations are done by different people. The translation on mangaowl is accurate most of the time. Which part is confusing you? Maybe I could help ^-^

About your second question, I think he meant that if Jiwook resists what was happening, SE would get mad and proceed to do whatever he wants so Jiwwok better just let him get some relief and don't push him more otherwise they will have to fight and Jiwook will have to slap him more than 50 times (in comparison with the first kiss event). So basically, it was a kind of a threatening that I personally found pretty upsetting. Like: "Ok, let us jerk off here since we're both horny and don't resist me otherwise I won't control myself and I will literally take you by force!". Was it really necessary? Don't think so but Seungeo is so unpredictable and unstable that I was relieved he didn't lose it at that moment with his stupid violence...
