It doesn’t matter how well someone can act under the influence. But he was still “under the influence” even if it s the slightest which I doubt bc the reason why he even went to the Ukes house was bc was blackout drunk. It takes an average of 4 alcoholic beverages to have an affect in judgment and we can infer that he took more than 4 beverages bc he subbed in for drinking with the boss than the uke and the first topic of conversation is abt him getting married. Could he really recover from that so quickly like within the hour or so?
I don’t think you actually can since they’re not thinking clearly and one of them is sober while the person B isn’t and never gave consent when they were in their right mind. It’d probably be less of a problem if the manager/director or whatever didn’t know he was drunk and thought he was sober, BUT HE KNEW HE WASN’T. (Not sure since I haven’t been through it myself and it’s different for others and if I’m allowed to make such assumptions since I don’t have much idea of how it works, But that’s how I’ve understood it from others)
Wasn’t the manager also drunk though? Not sure since we didn’t get to see him drink, But I think he might’ve since he was at a drinking party or something and I bet there was others trying to pour his cup for him too. (just an idea, I DO NOT ACCEPT THAT THIS WAS RAPE AND IS JUST A GUESS)
