from what i gathered, mr.cha used to win a lot of tournaments and then started losing them/doing poorly, so many and so bad in fact, he got placed like dead last. he used to think that was the worst feeling he could ever experience. but in this chapter, having to submit to blondie and having to crawl on the floor, basically, like broke him ig ? so like he realized that in that instance that was rock bottom and that was the worst experience ever, and that got to him. but it also strangely relieved him cause since that was rock bottom, there was no way for it to get worse. (that's how i interpreted it anyway)
