He's a dude tho, most teenage bois, even if there 19, they still act quite immaturely. Girls mature when they're younger but boys generally take longer so the way he's acting is pretty accurate for a dude who hasn't had to deal with people telling him what to do and an older brother to watch over him, so naturally he would be like that.
Being a guy doesn’t mean he can be rude. Men should be accountable for their actions. Saying that “boys will be boys” is saying that just because he is a man he can get away with doing what he wants. I do understand him and his feelings, but he was still being extremely rude to the fl when he hasn’t even met her.
That is true, and not accounting that "boy's will be boy's" I know a fair few boy's that aren't like that at all but judging by his personality and the way he converses with people implies that he hasn't had anyone tell him/guide him in his actions and bring him up on appropriate formalities. Especially in that time period with young men going out and "finding themselves" (not at all defending, I think he's a dick talking to our fl like that(●￣(ｴ)￣●) ) and neither am I saying or normalizing his actions that ALL young men are like that when put in his situation but like I said, judging by his personality, it doesn't surprise me that he acts like a dick. Also you'd act a bit hysterical yourself wouldn't u if u were put in his shoe's one day as a young teenager ur older brother/possible farther figure turns into a monster, u leave and u don't hear amything about it for years on end and then all of a sudden u hear from a bunch of drunks in a bar that ur only peice family is married and back to his contious self and u didn't get any contact from them what so ever. U'd feel a bit betrayed and let down, and u'd most likely blame his wife wouldn't u.
Again, not sticking up for him I just don't like gow he gets a lot of hate. But people have their opinions, not attacking anyone just giving u a new angle♡(づ￣ ³￣)づ

Not at all, having opinion's is natural and is much needed in a society that have very large opinions on well known things but don't leave a lot of room for opinions on smaller and much softer debates such as this. But having different angles on certain veiws and opinion's can be a great help, especially those with an open mind but I guess I didn't properly explain my point and of course you would have disagreed, that fault is on me(づ￣ ³￣)づ
Idk man, the “kid” is 19 years old not 10, he should be mature enough to not make accusations, but at the same time I do understand why he’s sus ab her. I mean a random girl came as a sacrifice but ended up taming the duke.... who can blame him if he has some suspicions.
