tbh she already kinda did, dont you think? she accept that he won't get with Raell, and she is treating him seriously but still have some doubt because she know this is a world inside a novel, i guess shes just not acting like it because its her last line of emotional defense if something were to happen(cuz anything can happen inside the novel) so she won't be too destroy by him leaving her

and she’s also starting to show affection towards ishid. so she already likes him but i think she needs to like him more for all the thoughts of leaving him to be gone
