so many shoujo and yaoi have this disgusting take on love, and it's dumb how the creators and consumers seem to fully endorse or romanticize it.

These first 2 chapters have been pretty good with a uke who actually acts like a real person would. Only problem is most start out super strong like that then end up with "oh now i love my abuser for no reason everything is forgiven." It's fine if the character is manipulated into thinking that but its bad when the story itself forgives the abuser. Hopefully this will live up to its title and show that the uke falling in love with his abuser as a bad thing.
