Because is from Toy Story. Yiyoung told director that when he was a kid he watched Toy Story. And he wrote his name on his favorite toy like Andy did. But then he thought other toys would be sad that's why he wrote his name on all his toys. That's why he suggested that Yiyoung could write his name on his shoe. So cute
