Its Tassel x Alicia endgame for the political marriage, but because its a marriage of convenience Tassel didn't harbor any feelings for Alicia, so its a one sided love. At some point Alicia will win Tassel's heart and they will try to fix their marriage. And Kasia and Ernon at the end (i think they will have a child too based on the novel spoilers) its a happy ending ~
