Girl I'm sorry but I do not see Bella falling out of love she's liked him for a really long time honestly it's low-key to the point of obsession since she'd literally starve herself on some days just to pay to see urch. So they both kinda wholesomely crazy. What's more likely is other males being interested in Bella that's where he might start controlling her life by kicking said ppl out of her life
