I’m so confused could someone tell me if the guy is actually an omega or is he an alpha?

Which one? The lawyer? He's an omega but everyone thinks he's an alpha cause his family (kamishiro family) is known for their alpha lineage so they've been giving him medicine to hide his omega pheromones. So even he himself thinks he's an alpha but then he realized something so he stopped drinking the medicine and started to feel heat of an omega.
