Yeah I know thats a think irl but in mangas and manhwas I've never seen any problems with poop and bottoms even if they're not prepared-
Hahha, I remember one older manga, cute one, where the bottom, speaking from experience, says something like, "Did you know if I don't clean out he can get poop on his dick! There was poop everywhere!"

they do! having a high-fibre diet helps you stay ~relatively~ clean, but douching & experience/practice (especially if you're gonna take in a huge schlong) helps a LOT in avoiding shit shows
Actually I've seen a few. Some genres even commit to uncensored showing of it. Its hella gross. But I've read some that clean out, some that bleed, some that poop, and those that use condoms. I've only read one where they did an aids test before and that was sweet for me. But I get what you mean, those ate uncommon.

And that.... was one of the manga's. I loved it too! Unique storyline and so out there. I cringed but I'd think it should be normal conversation if you're gonna sleep with someone.
