Hmm well I read the Korean raws and I fairly certain his family had something to do with it, since he returns barefoot talking about how he snuck out while his father was sleeping. It does take a few days for his brother to come back and get him so there could be some discrepancy in the translation but it doesn't make that much sense otherwise. He does come back knowing he's pregnant somehow but I don't know why he'd throw his own groceries and phone down just to run away himself... it'll be interesting to see what these translators read it as

in the spanish raws he comes back i think (it’s been a while since i’ve read the raws) claiming that his father came or something but he’s fine. He ran away scared that his father was gonna find him .
