Y'all need to calm down you can be attracted to someone without acting out on it or developing a serious crush on them. Pretty sure Todd just recognized how cool and chill Elena is, and how beautiful she is when she smiles. He's not gonna get in the way of the relationship between her and Johann, it's pretty obvious he isn't. Idk why y'all are so pressed about it. He cares more about Johann gaining an actual life outside of pleasing his family incessantly and knows that Elena is that ticket. Plus it doesn't even seem like he's THAT attracted to her he just noticed things, especially what made Johann like her.
