omg thanks!!!! （/TДT)/ i read boy meets maria already and it was also incredible even if it was more triggering than i thought but surpisingly all those things were necessary and essential to the story so i also loved that

i also already started smells like green spirit but havent finished yet but i already know the ending(〜￣△￣)〜i'll still finish it tho

and i havent read shoulder to cry on yet so i'll definitely read that one first

I recommend Koimonogatari! It's a great, wholesome story with an eye-opening perspective on coming-of-age from the perspective of a gay student within high school. If you like stories with a unique vibe like this manga, I recommend reading koimonogatari for sureヾ(☆▽☆)

If you don't mind reading stories with more depth and layers and not just about simple boys love, i'd recommend California Monogatari. It's from the same author of Banana Fish, so you know it's very plot heavy. Its depiction of youth is very raw and realistic :D
