I kind of agree that he is partly responsible. I get that he was panicked, but still. You can't just leave children, especially cute, rich children, in a crowded and unfamiliar place unattended.
Yeah incredibly irresponsible. I get dudebro has tormented him forever but you cannot abandon a child in an area with a large crowd. It takes literal seconds for a kid to go missing.
I'm sry but I think its Jaces fault for getting Noah kidnapped but at the same time, if I were to see my bully out in public, I wouldve GRABBED the child and run. ╥﹏╥
