Preach!!! They are getting worse.
These people choose to read a rape plot and then stay here whining about what they 'wished' the story had been instead.
My favorite ones are the people who can't explain why they hate read a story that they know very well will only disappoint them and the best they can say is that they read 'for the art'. ... If the rape plot is so triggering and the art is so good that they can't move on to things they like more, they could only browse the raws.

I think I saw your name in the thread I commented on. I'm guessing this is directed at me? I'd lie if I said your remark didn't hurt me. Don't love the mocking tone but that's Internet for ya I guess. I signed up for this literally lol.
I shared my thoughts like all of you. I never once bashed the readers, story or author. I genuinely don't get why people get offended and aggressive when I'm always doing my best to be respectful and understanding. You are entitled to your opinion but so am I.

The closer we get to the redemption arc the more aggressive they become. That's because they know what's coming...endgame!
These last couple of days were the worst. Every positive comment had two or three replies shaming, mocking the poster. It was really sad. When the comment section is a mess like that, it's better to stay away for awhile, just to keep your sanity. These people are really toxic.
