When shion gets harassed as a girl he is blamed for it by ryo(?) and this is also heavily implied to be his fault for not dressing appropriately (I tell ya I got harassed so many times in my life and 99% of the time I was wearing dirty joggers on my way to the supermarket). Also, some weird shit that ryo(still not sure what was his name) said during sex. Essentially for me, it comes across as if the author believes in some gender essentialist takes (like biology is the main drive behind gendered behavior) and also has a very uncritical attitude against sexism and sexual harassment.

There is also the fact that he keeps calling women who sleep around with men whores, ironically he was someone who easily slept around with women, the fact that after "learning" that women are human and have feelings because of that classmate girl who help him realize his feelings, he still referred to women who easily sleep with men whores. like "I am not some WHORE you know!" sort of thing.
I had to drop it, I read more than half and I still can't find myself to like any of them, at that point, I don't expect an actual growth from the two of them.
