I can't read Korean either but I pick up as much as I can. So basically the doctor had a liver centuries ago that closely resembled the best friend. Everyone pretty muh suspects he's the lover's reincarnation. So the doctor will end up taking care of the BF because his soul, when they met was damaged by Sid. That's like in the 70s/80s chapters I think. So yeah they're gonna end up together. In a few chapters MC is gonna realise that Cain left to protect him and run after him and that when they're gonna CONFESS They're love and we are gonna get one steamy sex scene!!!!! That's when the guy with the dogs is gonna show his face as one of Cains subordinates and he's gonna send him after Sid to kill him.
