The scan group who translated are no longer together. All we have right now is SuBLime legally publishing the English translation and they are 1-2 volumes behind.

SuBLime offers PDF format of the manga. You have to pay for it though. I don't know anyone who has uploaded their translation.

You probably couldn't find it because it's not called Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. It goes by the English name The World's Greatest First Love. I recommend getting the physical copies off of rightstufanime.com because it's the cheapest. Amazon is probably the next cheapest place if the other site has a volume out of stock.
