I remember watching this Yaoi a long time ago.
It was about this guy who had an older sister. They both are reincarnated, and the guy's previous life was an actual Japanese historical figure. I think he was royalty in the Samurai Era, and had an older brother who sold him off to bandits (or something like that) who gang-raped him. He gets this flashback when the seme starts kissing his neck, and he panicks. The seme was his lover in a past life. His sister in her previous past life had a doctor as a lover, and I believe she remembers him while the main character does not remember anything of his past life. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
