Um, I watched this one a while ago. She was abused by her brother very badly, and bullied a lot at school. Then a computer turned on and spoke to her, calling her a poor soul and taking pity on her, it gave her magic powers. It’s magical girl/horror genres.

few years ago i cam across the anime I am not completely sure about the story so anything near the description will also help.
so plot goes like a girl was abused by her family and she gets magical power or something
