From what I read on the twitter, (I don't read Korean btw I just google translate it) yes, Chase and Josh is a pair. I'm not sure about the chase being the baby's daddy though.

Omg thank you so much for some confirmation!! Tbh I was so confused but I’m glad I was on the right track. You are literally heaven sent! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ However, I would be shocked if it wasn’t Chase’s baby, BUT I do have a theory of it isn’t. Josh could’ve gotten pregnant by the red head fire fighter (Because Yeonwoo knew him through Josh) and maybe the side story will be a live triangle with them 3! The red head, Josh, and Chase. I do think this is a reach though, so idk it’ll happen but I wouldn’t mind seeing it!

WHO IS JOSH
Chase Miller is the blonde haired dude that tried to hit on Yeonwoo on the first chapter. (I have the same reaction , I usually call him Miller)
Josh is emma's brother, the blonde haired security guard that helps Yeonwoo escape, he first appeared on chapter 29.
I actually want Dane(the firefighter) to be with Josh, since the two appears to be in good relationship. But I doubt that he is the dad. From what I've read, Dane appears to be a caring and responsible person. So if he is the dad, I think that he would take care of Josh and marry him. Unless he doesn't know that Josh got pregnant or Josh kept it a secret, but I doubt that is the case, since they still contact each other. Anyways, I think Dane's role is mostly Josh's best friend / protector.
This is just my opinion though, so yeah.... I wouldn't mind seeing him fight for Josh though that would be really sweet. It's just gonna break my heart if he ends up being sad
Yeah.. I hope that Dane character won't be thrown away though. It would be a waste he's such a nice guy.

Now somebody PLEASE correct me if I’m wrong but I just saw a comment that had the authors Twitter in it. And when I clicked on some of their tweets I think I saw a potential side story call “Kiss me if you Can” with Josh and Chase! NOW YALL, AGAIN I COULD BE WRONG, BUT I THINK JOSH’S BABY BELONGS TO CHASE!!! The backstory was a little difficult to understand (it was in another language and made in 2018, but will be published in 2021?) anyways, their might be more to this story! I would appreciate if someone can fact check though and let me know if I’m right! Twitter tries to translates the tweets for you, so you should be able to read
