not sure the full details but he basically wanted her all by himself or something. (like be dependent on him) So he goes to search for the real dukes daughter and betrays her by bringing her back lol. After that the trust was gone and penelope was obv angry. Not sure the full thing but eclise avtually kidnaps her too

No we can say for sure he betrayed her ,like he was obsessed with her to the extent to join the original fl in her plans ( even though she didn't tell him everything she like used him and used the fact that he like the mc something like that ) and kill the crow prince he want her for him only and can see her with the prince so he decided to "betray" her
And after her fought with the prince and get her I don't remember. Actually what exactly happened anyways and he just disappeared after ,and they didn't found him

I mean he fought with the prince hhhh "clavier correcteur"

Eclise wanted Penelope all to himself so he was jealous when her relationship with the Duke and Renald was gradually improving cuz he wanted her to favour him only. He totally lost it when a rumor started that the Crown Prince was in love with Penelope, that's why he decided to bring the original daughter back to the duchy so that Penelope will be kicked out of the house and she would have no one else to depend on except him. After his betrayal, she was extremely hurt and makes it clear to him that he can never have her this way. He tried kidnapping her a couple times but the Crown Prince saves her. He later seemed to have realized his mistake and dies while protecting her, but it turns out later in the side stories that he was actually alive.

I read the novel a long time ago so I don't really remember the exact details but Eclise got amnesia so he doesn't recall anything about the events that had happened during the main story. But he still feels a strong connection with Penelope. I'm not sure about the rest but I think Penelope tells him to start a new life or something but Eclise insists that he would like to stay in the shadows and quietly protect her for the rest of his life.

Wooow! I didn't expect that this would be so extreme. Im kinda disappointed but i still wanna know how will the artist portray this specific scene because i really like eclise but the story doesn't bend that way. Its great that no one spoiled us from who will Penelope marry or be with because that would suck. Thank you for sharing ヾ(☆▽☆)
