What’s really bad is that he was literally JUST called out by the ML for this exact thing before Eustace came up to him. He’s too concerned over “being nice” to others to protect his reputation that he’s just cool with her being harassed. Also now that he wants her back, her being isolated from society is the perfect way to cage her up and stay with him. It’s really disgusting
