I love how the villainess wasn't exactly petty. She did poison and shit. But through her story we see how understandable this is. I mean was her life really any better as an abused noble than a beggar? It did a great job of defining a villainess as a victim, particularly a victim to another's story. I keep reading how ***** betrayed Penelope, but who is that? i haven't seen that name so far (or is it the slave? Didn't his name start wth 'I'?). I really hope that's not the case for the webtoon. You know how many adaptions, like movies from novels, aren't faithful to the source material? I hope that happens here cause I love that guy.
