Lol yeah. Also, if you put it at the end, in a page of the same type of white color of the webtoon people will be visially fooled into thinking it's part of the chapter and not skip it over, haha. If you want to go to extremes, the page could even feature a Seth image edited to include the notice in his speech balloon (as if Seth was the one saying it, lol). I think the only way to get people to stop skipping it is to visually fool them that it's part of the chapter, or a meme.
