Im with you, I think I might be missing things too but no. Nope! I get that they are family and good for them they don't hate him, but I think its still to early for them to really forgive him. Its good he realized he's been an asshole parent and husband but thats only step one. He hasn't done enough to redeem himself.
Yeah, even because, at the end, all the shit he did fucked up Touya's life. He is the one that will end up in prison or dead because of an incompetent father that messed up with his life.
Everyone in the family had a part in what happened to Touya and they literally say it in the chapter. Endeavor did some fucked shit, yes, but he's not entirely at fault because they all started to neglect him at some point
It's okay to recognize that they are at fault, but will it change something now? I mean, Touya future is already sealed
Honestly, I'm kinda pissed at the whole Todoroki family.
Endeavour has done so much shit, he abused them, yelled at them, used Rei as a subject to create children who are suited for overcoming All Might and tossed them away when they weren't useful anymore. He even drove his own child into madness because of his lack of empathy and human feelings in general.
And now, Rei just suddenly forgives him for abusing her AND her whole family in such a brutal way. What has Endeavour done to make him atone for shit he did? The only thing I remember is that he realized what a shitty Dad he was, but that is no where near enough to make it all up.
It could very well be that I am missing something, but with the things I remember it just doesn't add up. And him being the only one who's able to beat Dabi is in no way a good enough reason to help him.
