Anyone else?

So here's what I've thought of:
Juvelians father is the strongest man in the empire and could take on the emperor whenever he wanted to. He just needed a trigger to do that. We know now that he gave the sword to Juvelian to protect herself and to "hold on" rather than "surrender". We also know that the novel in the story stopped updating after Juvelians suicide. There's a possibility that Juvelians father went apeshit after his daughter died and caused a crisis in the whole empire in order to avenge her. Of course, his father must be feeling a lot of regret/sorrow thinking things like "Why did she kill herself when I told her to hold on? Did I not properly tell her what to do which led to her misunderstanding? Or did she just kill herself because she'd rather die than wait for me?" but I'm pretty sure what he had the most was anger. Anger that his daughter was ridiculed in front of the public and anger because his daughter died without him being able to do anything to stop it from happening and that enough would've made him cause a bloodshed.

Thus affecting the original story and going in between it which is why the novel didn't update after.

Yep mentioned she was pretty much the only thing keeping him from being a monster so losing her would definitely make him snap badly
