Actually they do. Enji said that women have a short lifespan, they die very young (hence why Tsubaki's deceased mother looks so young in the picture /first chapter).
As for the boys, they go crazy if they don't accept their curse and love the members of their family (it is mentioned that the father of these boys is no where to be found, probably had been kidnapped or killed by the grandfather because he loved him so much...Enji didn't explain very well what happened between their father and grandfather but he hinted at the fact that grandpa chained their father...)
their mothers were sisters and their father was the father AND brother of their mothers. how the fuck do they not have physical deformities?
