I mostly agree with you, but I wouldn't say the MC is stupid. At least, not yet.
I mean letting an unknown dangerous man in your room, letting him sleep, eat, even hiding him further covering for him when he BRUISED you instead of kicking him straight out and being ignorant of his obv aggressive behaviour is pretty stupid. Let's be real here if he wasn't the ml or stupidly handsome he would've been treated as psychopath or a predator
You have a point there. However, it can be argued that because she knew that he was her father's student, she automatically assumed that he wouldn't harm his teachers daughter whether the duke hated he or not. That's naïve, but not necessarily stupid.

Villainess transmigrator whose only wish is to survive and not do anything "significant" to the plot and live a life away from the main characters
An asshole and downright evil character
A dumbass emperor
Lack of communication
Clichéd development
A villain background who's not really evil
2D characters which do not feel very human nor do they feel they're going to change
MC is a transmigrator from the future but still continues to do stupid ass shit
Avoiding confrontation to avoid the "plot"
The sparkly BG to make whatever the MC does feel magical
The ml falling for the stupidest reasons
Oh and Have I mentioned the MC being stupid
But on the other hand I still continue to read these villainess transmigrator plot. Ugh I'm such a sucker for these plots like I know it's going to be the same old repeated plot but I still find myself invested
