The webtoon has to skip a lot, trying to fit everything in a few pages. To hv a better understanding of the characters, plz go read the novel. It isn't finished translating yet, but it is a good read.
The MC might not be a pure white lotus but he is a hacking good character. (Tbh, i find pure weak characters who only waits around doing nothing boring and pathetic. )
The ML might be in a 3 year old form but they will do the do as couples in his adult form.
