This is just my understanding it may be wrong~ so I think the part where most got confused was when that doctor appeared in the apartment and they were having an argument. The guy with with white skin was supposed to be looking for that doctor on Cain’s order but he didn’t want to obey his orders for some reason. So a few chapters back he sent someone to “kill” that doctor but it was just a copy of him i guess. Anyways they were arguing back and forth bc the white skinned guy was clearly keeping a secret. Cain had already suspected that he was doing stuff behind his back anyways so he wasn’t surprised. The white skinned guy confessed that he did it or the doctor said it out loud. It’s not that the doctor already knew what was going on he kind of just came to the conclusion on his own. They started to fight and the white skinned guy sent some kind of attack and it was going everywhere . The guy with the doctor wanted to leave but the doctor didn’t. I think someone got hit but whatever happened was the reason why the doctor wanted to stay. The doctor started to take the thing that was stuck inside of Cain out but to do so Cain had to hold hands with the human. Then they met in his mind( i don’t rlly know what that was) and fucked (this sounds so vulgar but oh well). After that the human started saying saying stuff and it worried Cain. Cain woke up but the human didn’t and Cain told the doctor to stay and heal him. Then Cain went out and slayed all them demons and as we just read he killed the white skinned guy too. But probably not since he made a deal with the devil or whoever that was. And that’s it (●'◡'●)ﾉ
