I mean to say He would be freed then they could be together . It's not like he killed anyone

I don't think he was jailed, tho. reasons being 1. He's a minor 2. He's mentally unstable. Even in a lot of cases where mentally unstable adults assault someone, they are mostly sent to mental institutions instead of prison.
