For me, those are Zaria's mangas. She has great art style (Hetalia dj, Nemuri otoko...).

I really like Nakamura Asumiko's art style and Madarame Hiro

I like Nakamura Asumiko's art a lot, but also styles like Kitazawa Kyou's really appeal to me <3

I really like simple and clean art styles so I love Hayakawa Nojiko and Sahara Mizu. Those two have a really soft and flowing art that's really nice to look at.
Haiji and Kii Kanna are also really good.
If you like detailed artwork definitely go for Nao Tsukiji
And then for non-bl there's Miwa Shirow and Yusuke Murata ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Oh and how can I forget Kizu Natsuki! (Gusari)

For BL --> Aoi Aki, hands down.
When it comes to art, I can't help but Admire & Respect her work. SO very Detailed, Clean & Beautiful! If I had to pick a fav mangaka solely based on art I would without a doubt pick her! Her stories are unique & great too. But her art is on a whole different level. It's simply Mesmerizing.

For non-BL --> YOON Mi-kyung & DOUBLE-S
Sorry, can't pick one. Again, 2 other brilliant artist who draw most detailed beautiful breathtaking artwork! They slayed me with their creation.
