Is there a story of how the main couple fell in love and got together?

Not sure if you've found it or are interested still, but they're main is Tadaima, Okaeri. I want to say I've read a dj or a separate novel of them meeting and falling in love but I can't find it. Maybe it was just a part of the main story? If you haven't I highly recommend it.
