I’m so confused???

Okay, see here’s the thing tho. In previous chapters, it literally, quite clearly, showed that Hyesung’s POS dad (will refer to him as “the bastard” from here) was abusing his mom. He’s literally seen grabbing her by the arm while Hye-sung is watching it all unfold in front of him. His mom couldn’t stand it anymore and left. My issue is, the fact that she didn’t take him with her. Maybe it was because she wanted to remove all connection she had with the bastard? I feel like it was probably due to the fact that they believed Hye-sung was an Alpha at that time and that was what the bastard found most valuable about him; Alpha = more $$$. I mean, it makes a lot of sense why he’s adamantly pursuing Hye-sung now; trying to get the in-laws dough $$$. He literally has a shit-eating grin on his face when he’s finally allowed in the house, like he’s won. Also, if he even cared about Hye-sung, this man could have done everything in his power to find him by going to the police, filing a missing persons report, searching his neighborhood, asking around, or at least putting up a missing persons flier; SOMETHING. The fact that he’s pulling this shit on Hye-sung, claiming that Hye-sung was the reason his mother left and that SHE was cheating on him, is just mind boggling. Like, sir, please stfu and gtfo. JFC. This man had the fucking AUDACITY to say he raised Hye-sung when all he did was throw Hye-sung in his mom’s house while he went off and had fun raising a new family. Hye-sung was ABANDONED by BOTH of his parents, received NO love from either of them and his gambling POS grandmother. It’s no wonder why he didn’t understand the concept of love or being loved. Dojin and the Park family saved him and all this bastard is trying to do is take him away from this safe haven and use him for profit. GET OUT. PLEASE. GO. AWAY.
