I think it's just how comic art (not just asian) evolves. From yaoi hands and other funny proportions to more realistic style and pretty colors.
I think potn have just been getting so popular, there is already 2 other webtoons that has the same art style as it so it wouldn't surprise me if we get more and more of this kind of art (I'm not complaining its better than the yaoi hands lmao
