my short explanation would be: parents argued too much and then one day she left, leaving Hyesung. HS then went to live with his grandma, who wasn't the best, but far better than dad. After granny died, he had to return to live with his dad. HS was first tested as Alpha, but his dad was like - u not growing that much, u really alpha? (btw HS thinks his dad sold off his mom as omega, that's why he was scared to be an omega). well shortly after that HS ran away from home and after few year I guess, he met Dojin.
