The other day i was reading a shonen-ai manga and someone in the comment section said, "The characters have been dating for such a long time and they still haven't had sex? That's completely UNREALISTIC. EVERYONE has sex. If I were them I would have sex all the time"

No, seriously, is it so hard to understand that everyone is different? Some people fuck like rabbits but others wait for a long time to finally have sex. Some people never have sex. That's completely normal.
So PLEASE stop saying that everyone needs sex to be happy. That's just rude. Not having sex IS NOT unrealistic. There are plenty of people that don't start banging when they get a partner. It takes some time to get intimate and that's fine.
It's also fine not to know some things about one's body. I get really angry when someone says "How come the female lead doesn't know how her body works? That's UNREALISTIC"

It literally took me 17 years to realize what happens to women when they're aroused (yeah, I'm asexual and I couldn't care less about sexual stuff). So, IT IS realistic to be oblivious. Please stop thinking that everyone is obsessed with sex. That's a lie. People like me DO exist. It is realistic to write a romance story with no sex. No people (real or fictional) should be forced to have sex just because "everyone has sex"
