Um, idk this is just my thought... Tadano's just a normal, average HS boy which is he have a crush to one girl and felt happy if another girl took an interest to him... So I think he didn't 'easily swayed' but I guess he just happy that there's a girl that actually like him--not him that like the girl first (from middle school and Komi)

I do think yeah sometime is funny to see a love triangle, and I understand that komi was being sweet with mangabi saying she should fight too, but but tadano, I kinda like him (40%) because he is in love with komi then he let mangabi enter his heart too, that means his feelings for komi are easily swayed.
