Ok, I saw that screenshot in a Facebook page, and nobody knew the source, so I'll translate it so I hope you guys can help me finding it
It's about two dudes being important CEO of two big companies (I think?) and in the party, the omega suddenly has his rut and the alpha (his enemy) helps him to control it, but he was only trying to take advantage of him. Next, when the omega realises the alpha helped him control his rut, starts to fall in love with the alpha while he plays with him around and when the omega becomes pregnant, he refuses to take care of it and he fucks in front of the omega with a female beta and the omega ends up so destroyed that he hungs himself in the alpha's house
