No one in my family knows, actually. It's like a guilty pleasure of some sort but I don't really feel guilty reading it. I'm really curious how they'd react if they knew. My friends know though, and they don't really care. One of them, a guy, even read plenty of yaoi and yuri. And I curiously started my friendship with a female friend of mine 'cause we found out that both of us read yaoi, which is not that common in my country.

do your siblings know you read yoai? i was in a vc with my friend and i didn't notice cuz i had just went down to eat dinner but there was yaoi on my screen. it wasn't graphic it just said "i want to have sex with you" my sister straight up said is that yaoi, knowing well that my mic was unmuted. I quickly said no but than she said you know gay stuff knowing that i was literally trying to tell her to shut up and now my friend knows i read yoai and i feel like shes going to tell my other friends because lately i feel like she talks behind my back and now i feel like crap.
