I think arwin had a soft spot for klaus because he was arwins first so he kinda fell in love with klaus, the fever thing was to get arwin out of having sex with maggio I think, & anton was saying arwins name because he was longing for him or missed him:)

i cant seem to understand the relationship between klaus and arwin, and what the salon owner was trying to say with the whole fever and rejection thing
also why is anton saying arwin's name while sleeping, didnt they meet only later i am confusion pls make me understand
