well, she'd obviously pick someone who she was closest to in the past that she thought had died. While we know about the dark aspects of Eunjeong's personality, SHE DOES NOT. Don't hate the main character for showing a very human reaction to finally getting to meet Eunjeong again.
Chulsoo has seen Eunjeong's dark side, which is why he's sus of her. However, he doesn't explain his suspicions to the MC, therefore she has no way of knowing. This makes her decision to pick Eunjeong rather rational.
Mf this girl really picking Eungjeong? Just like THAT??? What about Chulsoo, She really just gonna ignore him?

She chose the girl that was so jealous of her and she almost died because of it!
