I’m not completely sure but I’m assuming that it was a flashback to before Sid betrayed Cain so it was basically a deal with the devil Lml because satan wants to get ahold of the doctor for some reason but in return promised Sid “everything” I think which I think is either overwhelming power and strength or a mutual love but Ik tbh I’m not completely sure but that’s what I was guessing hope this helps (￣∇￣")
