There are a bunch of open threads, and the ending explicitly opens new ones, and this website has a habit of throwing "completed" on things way too early, so while I wouldn't get my hopes up, I also wouldn't write it off. There's also no "Owari" ("The end") in the latest chapter, which suggests that it is still ongoing.

Well, I am pretty sure that what we've seen is all that *currently* exists, I just haven't seen evidence that the author doesn't intend to continue it.
