most probably FGM (female genital mutilation) unfortunately its very real and the practice is still rampant today. mostly done to newborn infant girls. its cutting part of the female genital that is actually a nerve stimulator/receptor for sexual intercourse, by doing so people believe women are being purged from sexual desires and people who survives that are commonly devoid of experiencing pleasure. this practice is fatal, deadly, unhygienic, has no scientific basis, no health benefits, and downright dehumanizing. just that some people still do this to babies and little girls:(
