And even if he did, it's irrelevant right now because they haven't established an exclusive relationship or talked about what they want their relationship to be. Hyeon Woo on the other hand, lead Eui Joo on by asking him to wait when the latter confessed. When Eui Joo found out about the girlfriend, he already wanted nothing to do with Hyeon Woo, who still forced a kiss on him. Just because Hyeon Woo broke it off with his girlfriend doesn't mean Eui Joo has to accept him, bearing in mind Eui Joo now knows how much of a sleazebag he is (a cheater and potential predator). If Eui Joo told Ahjussi he wanted to be exclusive and Ahjussi slept with someone else yet Eui Joo still accepted him, then you could compare. As @miptaetae said, you're comparing apples to oranges.

Eui joon also asked to end the relationship with ahjussi due to the lipstick stain in the next chap. But because he promised ahjussi to have sex before he know about the lipstick they came to an agreement to have sex one last time before they go their separate path.
