The white haired prince has never had anyone close to him that didn't have anterior motives. She is the first person to look him in the eyes and not expect something from him. So, when "she" was acting funny right after getting measured (it was her brother) the white haired prince started second guessing himself, he thought they had gotten close. Then, while he is depressed and upset he sees that she is with the brown haired guy, and the prince seems him acting friendly with the brown haired guy and gets jealous and sad the shes not like that with him.
